Welcome to the FIABCI-USA website!

FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation, attracts members from all Real Estate related professions and FIABCI-USA is its largest national Chapter.

Our mission is: “To open the International community to our members on a local, national and international level so that they may develop a broad base of contacts that will translate into increased business opportunities and ultimately financial success.”

We strive to accomplish this by providing networking, marketing and education opportunities. Here are some of the concrete benefits available to you:

MARKETING

• Promote your services and expertise during Marketing sessions offered at all national and international meetings

• Gain stature and recognition among developers and builders in your local market by selecting and submitting a successful development or building for the PRIX d’EXCELLENCE, the ultimate Real Estate trophy awarded annually by a panel of internationally-recognized FIABCI experts

EDUCATION

• Obtain the FIREC designation by participating in FIABCI University courses focused on International Real Estate
• Get involved in one of our initiatives at the United Nations where FIABCI holds Special Consultative Status as an NGO (non-governmental organization) and is the recognized voice of Real Estate at the international tribune
• Participate in our monthly conference calls to learn from your FIABCI friends and colleague
